Our client is a well-run and busy contractor who is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
This role would suit someone looking for a long-term career opportunity and the chance to make a day-to-day impact on the business from day one.
You will ideally have 5-10 years of experience in subcontractor surveying and costing on residential and commercial projects. The typical size of projects is between £5 million and £30 million. Our client has 3 years' worth of work already secured in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce valuations and payment applications. Take site measurements unsupervised. Surveying of projects and pricing. Identify changes to works information. Costing variations. Understanding of quality control, material scheduling, etc. Subcontract account management. Cost reporting and estimations.
