A successful, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Liverpool is looking for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

With origins rooted in a partnership of traditional Chartered Quantity Surveyors, this consultancy has built a reputation for excellence and trust among its diverse client base.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will contribute to a variety of bespoke projects across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare & NHS, local authority, education, commercial, industrial, blue light, housing, and defence.

The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing these projects from initial design and procurement stages through to construction and final account settlements.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a trusted client base on impactful projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Requirements

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (BSc or MSc) Experience working across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, or industrial Expertise in managing design, procurement, construction, and final accounts Excellent communication and problem-solving skills MRICS qualification or progressing toward chartership
