£50,000 - £65,000 Overview Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor within the refurbishment, cladding, and social housing sector. This is a company that prides itself on maintaining a family feel within the business. Due to an incredible amount of new work, they are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team on their new social housing and cladding projects in the North London and Hertfordshire area. Duties
Focus and lead on facade, cladding, and planned works. Procurement of supply chain and placing orders. Assessing and processing supply chain payment. Produce commercial reports both internally and externally to the company. Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time. Requirements
A Project Quantity Surveyor with social housing experience. A Project Quantity Surveyor with cladding/facade experience is desired. Degree qualified. Main contractor experience. Full UK driver's licence. What is in it for you?
