You will be leading this project for a company with a £1bn turnover with the support of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will be overseen and reporting to a visiting Senior Quantity Surveyor. Key Responsibilities for Project Quantity Surveyor: Liaise with clients and site managers regarding contract works and administrative aspects Communicating with subcontractors and monitoring cost changes Upstream client management with the assistance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements for Project Quantity Surveyor: The company are looking for a confident Project Quantity Surveyor who has experience with leading Industrial projects over £10m. You will have strong cost control and organisational skills reflecting your ability to use your initiative to gain efficient results. Your problem solving skills and procurement advice will help optimise costs of this project without compromising quality due to your high level attention to detail. You will be highly motivated, striving to develop professionally as over the past 4 years, Quantity Surveyors have advanced to Director level.
