An award-winning, entrepreneurial Cost Consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their ever-expanding London office.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic London office of 86 professionals, located just a 10-minute walk from Farringdon station or 5 minutes from Barbican.
Enjoying hybrid working, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will benefit from an exciting variety of projects, leading schemes from inception to completion across the Residential, Commercial, Workplace/Office, Health & Life Sciences, and Education sectors.
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering projects typically up to £20m, whilst supporting the Directors on larger, more complex schemes.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
You will ideally have: MRICS or currently working towards RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally Quantity Surveying) Experience of delivering construction projects Pre and post contract knowledge Any health, commercial, or education project experience would be a bonus Team player Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK cost consultancy / PQS firm
