A company consisting of 32 professionals and a specialist team of 10 Quantity Surveyors, you'll contribute to some of the city's most prestigious, luxurious residential projects.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role Based out of their Surrey office, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will immerse themselves in the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, leading the charge on high-value private sector residential developments.
The company also gets involved in some boutique commercial, hotel, and leisure projects from £1m - £30m but prime residential is their focus.
With the robust support of Associate and Director-level mentors, you'll steer projects to successful outcomes while building your path to senior-level ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee luxury residential projects from pre-contract to post-completion. Provide hands-on leadership with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with a vibrant and skilled team to ensure project excellence.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Ideally 4+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying. A background in a QS consultancy or cost management environment. Expertise in pre and post-contract work. A strong interest in high-end residential projects. To be willing to travel into London for projects. A professional, client-facing demeanour with independent project management capabilities.
