My client is a leading, established commercial office fit out contractor who specialise in delivering high end fit out projects with values of up to £30m.
Due to company expansion and new project awards, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to be the no2 on a £25m CAT B fit out project in Canary Wharf.
You will be working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager on the project as the no2. This is a great opportunity to work on a landmark project as the no2 on a major fit out.
For this role, you will ideally have had experience of working on commercial office fit out projects with values in excess of £10m with a main contractor.
This is a career developing opportunity for a Project QS to shadow the Senior Commercial Manager where you will be progressing to managing your own projects as the no1.
