Your Role as Project Quantity Surveyor

Stepping into this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of significant projects while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with senior staff to ensure flawless delivery.

Own Your Projects:

Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from pre- to post-contract stages. Lead with Confidence:

Provide mentorship to junior team members while working alongside Directors to deliver outstanding results. Broaden Your Impact:

Tackle exciting projects across hotel, commercial, and residential sectors, averaging £20m with some reaching £60m.

Who You Are

Experienced Leader:

At least 4+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within a cost management/consultancy environment. Technical Excellence:

Skilled in both pre- and post-contract services, with the confidence to lead projects independently. Proactive Professional:

Driven to excel, client-facing, and eager to mentor junior staff.
