Due to recent secured projects, they are currently seeking Project Quantity Surveyors for major works across London:
The Project: - A £170m hotel fit out in Southwest London - Demolition works to create new layouts including strip out of all rooms - Refurbishment of 895 guestrooms and construction of 8 new guestrooms - A rooftop extension to accommodate a new rooftop bar - Remodelling of public areas and internal reconfiguration to house a spa, pool, and gym
Key Responsibilities: - Procuring Sub-Contractors and ensuring packages are within budget - Analysing work package tender returns and attending pre-start meetings - Administering Sub-Contractor/Consultant/Supplier claims - Attending design team meetings to ensure cost compliance - Supporting the Senior Surveyor in their absence
We're Looking For: - BSc in Quantity Surveying - Chartered member of RICS or working towards it - Knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract (JCT) and Standard Methods of Measurement - Knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Standards
