Due to ongoing work and an abundance of new properties secured, they now require a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for managing a team of people, working closely with internal teams, managing budgetary constraints using forensic cost control techniques, providing mitigation strategies, having a good understanding of cost value reconciliation, and having experience managing principal and subcontractor arrangements. The Role:

Experience of working in Social Housing Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification / Degree / HNC / CIOB / RICS Commercial awareness with good legal/contractual knowledge Competent in use of standard methods of measurement
