The Project Quantity Surveyor Role This is a unique opportunity to join a consultancy celebrated for its modern approach, collaborative culture, and flat management structure. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including Residential, Student Accommodation, Later Living, Life Sciences, Data Centres, Offices, Education, Hotels, Retail, Leisure, and Industrial projects. With project values reaching up to £200m, you’ll be involved in every stage, from inception to completion, gaining invaluable exposure and working closely with high-profile clients. A hybrid working model and regular company socials create a rewarding professional experience. The Project Quantity Surveyor Holds a RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. MRICS or currently working towards Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy / PQS firm Skilled in managing both pre- and post-contract services. Proven experience leading projects from start to finish. Exposure to one or more of the sectors mentioned above is advantageous. What’s in It for You?
