Managing cost control and procurement for high-value office fit-out & refurbishment projects Overseeing subcontractor payments, valuations, and final accounts Handling contract administration and risk management Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field Professional Memberships (Desirable): MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent Experience: Proven track record in office fit-out & refurbishment projects Skills: Strong commercial and contractual awareness (JCT knowledge beneficial) Ability to work independently and drive commercial outcomes Excellent negotiation and communication skills Interested?
