Overview of role:

As a Risk Manager you will work to support our risk management service line growth and deliver risk services to our diverse portfolio of projects.

Role Responsibilities:

Identification of risks working in multi disciplinary teams. Delivering precise and relevant information to the client through various mediums to facilitate risk-informed discussions. Decision making, including recommending the most effective mitigation strategies and control options. Understanding a working knowledge of QCRA and QSRA using relevant risk software. Proactively supporting risk owners to complete mitigation actions. Proactively supporting risk management awareness with the RLB UK/EU region and participating.

Person specification:

Experience: Strong facilitation skills and ability to independently facilitate risk workshops within projects. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Strong understanding of PMO and project controls environments on complex projects. Good project management and broader project controls experience. Strong technical skills; able to independently perform QRAs. NEC Experience desirable but not essential.

Qualifications: APM or IRM membership or working towards certification. Construction Project Management degree or a similar construction related qualification with experience gained within a similar role.
