The Role - Project / Senior Site Manager (Roofing)
My client is looking for an experienced Manager, who will be based on sites in South London. The role will require a candidate who is happy to travel to other UK sites when needed.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.
Maintain and monitor the project plan, schedule, and budget.
Implement Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Work across flat roofing, liquids, and felts.
Previous experience in a managerial position with Roofing packages is essential.
