Project Support Administrator Location:

Normanton The Project Support Administrator will have excellent IT skills and will demonstrate a proactive, right first-time approach to a multitude of different tasks. A professional manner is required, along with an ability to achieve tasks in a timely manner. Career progression opportunities exist if the correct skills are exhibited. What you will be doing: Providing general administration support for the operations team Maintaining training records and scheduling of renewals Ad hoc administration support to our project teams Printing of drawings and specifications Data input to spreadsheets Coordinating and managing client KPI feedback Managing office ID access passes, client access ID, and visitors Receiving and distributing deliveries and managing associated paperwork Managing weekly site checklist Ordering goods and office supplies Maintaining room and EV charger booking system Providing holiday cover for office administrator About You: Attention to detail Follows set processes and procedures, remains compliant at all times Able to work in a strong team environment Excellent communication skills at all levels with a high level of diplomacy A desire to understand and promote the Company purpose, vision, values, and culture Trustworthy and ethical approach, exercising discretion where required Organised, structured and professional, with a passion for excellence Flexible, resilient and have the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels Commitment to the provision of excellent customer service Experience in a fast-paced, national and multi-site business Self-starter who has the ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines What We Can Offer in Return: With an impressive order book of over £3.2 billion, we are one of the industry’s leading principal contractors, affording you the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects offering you stability as well as the chance to stretch your capabilities and realise long-held career goals.
