Process Bill of materials for procurement after design release, considering current stock levels. Update resource planner as per project timing plans, highlighting conflicts to the relevant PM's. Liaise with sub-contract labour suppliers to confirm availability for upcoming resource requirements. Take meeting minutes and follow-up actions. Monitor project invoicing milestones and issue summary report to PM. Support installations with procurement requirements/updates. Prepare RAMS for site installations. Track and compile project final documentation package for delivery. Process change requests for ongoing projects through design, procurement, and kitting. Essential Knowledge
