To support project managers in the running of complex automation projects, with the targeted progression to take on small works projects and transition into a project engineering role. Specific Responsibilities
Process “Bill of materials” for procurement after design release, considering current stock levels. Update resource planner according to project timing plans, highlighting conflicts to the relevant PMs. Liaise with sub-contract labour suppliers to confirm availability for upcoming resource requirements. Take meeting minutes and follow-up actions. Monitor project invoicing milestones and issue summary reports to PMs. Support installations with procurement requirements/updates. Prepare RAMS for site installations. Track and compile project final documentation package for delivery. Process change requests for ongoing projects through design, procurement, and kitting. General Responsibilities
Liaise with PMs, Technical Engineers, and site teams during project phases. Liaise with the procurement department. Comply with the company policy as defined in the Staff Handbook, Safety Manual, and Quality Assurance Manual. Knowledge & Experience Required
Desirable
Knowledge of industrial control systems. Electrical experience/qualification. Essential
Administration experience.
