Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Support Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will support project delivery and lead interdependent projects aligned with specific business strategies. This role involves stakeholder management, process improvement, and effective task coordination to meet project objectives. As a Project Support Lead, you will act as a central coordination point to deliver key initiatives, including the Commodity Plan Library and Critical Path project, as well as the roll-out of the new Issue Management toolset. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of specific projects to support business strategies. Deliver high-priority workstreams within the Early Operations Delivery remit and Issue Management toolset project. Manage and influence key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Act as a primary contact to support the user base, resolving queries and escalating as needed. Develop and maintain process documents using lean project management principles and agile methodology. Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and execute communication strategies for both key stakeholders and the broader user base. Create impactful toolset updates in response to user feedback, ensuring compliance with corporate documentation standards. Key Performance Indicators:

Successful transition from legacy issue management systems and processes for all programmes and users. Continual updates to the Issue Management toolset to enhance user experience. Stakeholder engagement and approvals for all project activities. Skills Required:

Strong understanding of project management principles. Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders. Excellent communication skills to update the business on project progress. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively across multiple request sources. Experience Required:

Proven experience in a similar project support or project management role in Manufacturing or Engineering. Demonstrated track record of process improvement and project delivery. Risk management expertise with the ability to implement required interventions. Agile methodology experience and familiarity with tools such as Jira are preferred. The ideal Project Support Lead will have a results-driven attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
