Project Support Officer
Project Support Officer focuses on supporting alignment of client strategic objectives with infrastructure plans and delivery programmes.
What the role involves
- Supporting alignment of client Strategic Objectives with Infrastructure Plans and delivery programmes.
- Provide administrative support for the development and management of outputs, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and alignment with Infrastructure priorities.
- Assisting in delivering priority projects, including acting as secretary for governance meetings (scheduling, agendas, packs, minutes, and action tracking).
- Supporting the management team with project requirements, including maintaining risk and issue registers and working with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Communicate all project documentation.
Skills and requirements
- MS O365 proficient.
- Effective stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
- Security - The incumbent of this role must be a minimum of SC cleared (or able to apply) and a sole UK national.
- Working arrangements – The incumbent of this role must be able to do hybrid working with the ability to attend the site up to 2 days per week and.

- The Project Support Officer post is responsible for supporting the Senior Infrastructure Manager in overseeing delivery of infrastructure projects.
- The postholder will support the administration of projects through the use of robust governance frameworks, management tools and processes.
- The postholder will also provide administrative support to the development of the wider team’s outputs.
