We are excited to be searching for an experienced

Project Support Officer

required for a large-scale transformation programme in Stoke, supporting the programme manager in delivering 10 workstreams across the council! This is a hybrid role with one day a week being onsite. Initially, the contract will be 6 months but with the possibility of an extension. Responsibilities:

Minute the Transformation Board (6 weekly) Manage risk and issues registers Conduct health checks on projects to review adherence to PMO Processes Produce information and reports for governance meetings Directly support projects and programmes to enable delivery, providing guidance to Project Managers Requirements:

Experience working in a local authority Working knowledge of MS packages, Sharepoint and Visio Experience working in a Prince2 / APM environment If this is of interest, apply now for more info!
