Job summary The role will be part of the 'Tendring 100' project, with the purpose of creating 100 new apprenticeships across the Tendring District Council boundary to promote economic growth and address health inequalities. As Project Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of project objectives, facilitating community and employer engagement and fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. This position requires a blend of communication, administration, and project co-ordination skills. This is a partnership project, and you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to the project, facilitating project engagement activities and liaising between project partners to support and actively contribute to the development of new employment opportunities for residents in the Tendring District Council boundary areas. This position has received funding from Essex County Council as part of the PHAB initiative led by the Public Health team and ESNEFT. The successful candidate will work as part of a wider project team incorporating external partners and stakeholders. Main duties of the job Providing project support to the Tendring 100 project manager Working closely with partner organisations to facilitate engagement and project delivery Leading on administrative tasks as required by Project Manager and wider project team Monitoring generic email account and maintaining trackers, records and project plans Supporting appropriate reporting for the team Delivering support for events and activities on site and through remote working About us We are ESNEFT and we provide hospital and community health services to almost one million people across east Suffolk and north Essex. Experience Essential Previous administrative role including initiating and maintaining office systems.
