Job Type : Full-time Location : Twyford Salary : Competitive We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to join our team. This role involves comprehensive project administration across various stages of design and build projects within the nuclear and healthcare sectors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting project teams by managing documentation, finances, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Day-to-day of the role:

Provide administrative support throughout the tendering stage to delivery, including budget administration, procurement, and planning. Assist in the preparation of accurate project and financial records. Maintain action registers and project finance tracking spreadsheets, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups. Produce and manage minutes of meetings, ensuring clarity and tracking actions through the project actions log. Handle document control tasks, manage document logs, and produce transmittals. Support the maintenance of project Risk Registers and the preparation of internal and external monthly progress and finance reports. Manage procurement of bought-out items by producing purchase orders and processing them as per the Integrated Management System (IMS). Maintain up-to-date project calendars, project inboxes, and MS Teams channels. Assist Engineers and Project Managers and ensure quality assurance of projects. Comply with GDPR/data protection legislation and company policies, ensuring a commitment to health and safety. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative support roles for projects. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience in document and configuration control. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Commitment to health and safety, diversity, and inclusion. Understanding of GDPR/data protection procedures in a regulated environment. Benefits:
