GVR Solutions are currently representing an existing and well-established drylining contractor based in London who are currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor to join their Drylining team. You will be working on a number of residential and commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects.
Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor Responsibilities:
Preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction Review project progress and present project data as appropriate Sub-contract Tendering Cost Control and reporting Attend project meetings Procurement Final Accounts Assist with larger projects
The Project Quantity Surveyor / Site Surveyor will:
Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or Construction Management degree Have experience in Drylining Possess surveying experience in the construction industry Have relevant IT skills Exhibit excellent oral communication and written skills Have a good knowledge of Maths Demonstrate strong attention to detail Show excellent interpersonal skills Be confident, articulate, and a critical thinker Have the ability to work to deadlines Be willing to undertake training and development when needed
