Our Commodity and Financial Markets Operations Projects team is dedicated to delivering transformation and operational improvements across the Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) division. Working within our team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from Operations, Corporate Operations Group (COG), and Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) to support a diverse and exciting range of opportunities. While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location. At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. We are a global financial services group operating in 34 markets and with 55 years of unbroken profitability. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes. What role will you play?

As a key member of the Commodity and Financial Markets Operations Projects team, you will play an essential role in delivering transformation and operational improvements. You will support the usage of key capabilities and analytics tools while enjoying a fast-paced and outcome-focused team environment. Your responsibilities will include business analysis, project management, change management, and human-centered design to drive successful project outcomes. What you offer

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Project Management or Business Analysis, with experience in Commodities or Financial Markets being an advantage. Strong communication skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively. The ability to adapt to changing priorities, actively problem solve, and navigate through a dynamic environment with evolving data maturity. The ability to build relationships across multiple areas and disciplines. A good understanding of the key elements required to manage and implement data management, governance, and control frameworks. A self-starter attitude, as this role often requires you to learn through your own experience. We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us. If you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie, we encourage you to apply. About Corporate Operations Group

In our Corporate Operations Group, you will work at the heart of Macquarie to deliver for our people, businesses, and their customers.
