Main duties of the job

As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients stay healthy when they need it most.

Job responsibilities

This post offers an excellent opportunity to play a key role in this work by: Coaching colleagues and teams Trust wide to deliver safe and effective improvements through the Trust's Quality Improvement Academy. Developing and implementing plans and activities to strengthen improvement at the Royal Devon, in-line with the new national improvement approach, NHS IMPACT. Managing service improvement activities and projects, working with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams, to deliver sustainable improvements in-line with Trust priorities.

23rd January 2025 onwards
