My client is a leading brand that facilitates regeneration development and residential construction across the UK, now looking for a proven Project Director/Leader to work on a £110 million, 3-year framework based in Kent.
This position will be a full cradle-to-grave role, as there will be a 26-week PCSA plot development, with S278 & S38 early works happening as we speak.
The ideal candidate would have knowledge of Timber Frame construction and experience of multi-unit delivery in excess of 150 units.
With my client's reputation and their work-winning abilities, there will be other developments within the Kent area for many years to come, so much so that after this scheme, it's likely it will result in promotion to an Operations Director position.
