ROLE Advise on high-value, complex projects across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and real estate. Draft, review, and negotiate project agreements, ensuring all terms are clear and aligned with client interests. Structure projects effectively including financing, risk allocation, and compliance with relevant regulations. Provide strategic guidance on risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Support clients with regulatory compliance including navigating environmental, safety, and planning regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored legal solutions for project delivery. REQUIREMENTS Qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE, experienced in project law. Background in working within a commercial firm, with exposure to large-scale projects. Strong academic record coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills. Commercially minded, client-focused and adept at managing stakeholder relationships. Collaborative team player who can work well in an agile, dynamic environment. Detail-oriented, organised, and skilled in project management.
