What our client is looking for The successful candidate will focus on nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring they stay engaged with our platform, and coordinate product demos for the senior team. This role is essential for ensuring long-term client satisfaction and fostering strong retention. We're seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven individual with strong communication skills as well as strong empathy and some knowledge of the rental property industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most interesting new Proptech start-ups within the property sphere. Responsibilities: Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email to ensure ongoing engagement. Address client concerns and provide ongoing support. Schedule and coordinate product demos for the senior team. Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for further engagement. Gather feedback to help improve platform features and client experience. Skills and experience needed for the role: Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Proven experience in account management, client relations, or customer support. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 2-year account management experience, ideally in a
SaaS/Tech/Prop Tech
environment. Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented; lettings experience ideally. IT proficient including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus. Salary: from £30,000 per year basic + Monthly commission and bonuses OTE 35-40k.
