Responsibilities:
Provide detailed Management across a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring client value is maximised as part of their wider fund strategy Building excellent relationships with tenants Partner and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Facilities Management Ensure service charge budgets are realistically set and adhered to, managed and reported accordingly. There will be an element of identification and execution of asset management opportunities to drive value via lease re-structuring, refurbishment or development What we can offer the candidate:
