Our Blackpool-based Corporate Sales team is your friendly hub for a variety of Property Management Services. We collaborate with banks, building societies, housing associations, property developers, and other organisations to provide tailored property solutions for their assets. Joining us means embarking on a journey of growth and development and our experienced team is here to provide full training and support as you step into this exciting role. Your responsibilities will include (remember we will train you!): Managing properties proactively, aligning with client service level agreements, and focusing on time to sell and price achieved. Liaising with clients in line with our customer service standards, always aiming for fairness and transparency. Team collaboration to deliver successful outcomes. Coordination with external parties to obtain information, documentation, and progress properties. Reviewing information from third parties and creating recommendations based on supporting evidence. Recommending solutions and communicating them in a timely and professional manner. Responding to emails and written communications promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Maintaining accurate property records with detailed information for a solid audit trail. To thrive in this role, you will bring: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Exceptional organisational skills for efficient and timely property processing. Customer-focused mindset for outstanding service. Quick grasp of information and a willingness to learn new skills. Keen attention to detail and the ability to question and verify information. Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. Grade A - C GCSE in English and Maths or a proven record of ability. What's in it for you? Dedicated training from day one, with ongoing coaching and development. A starting salary of £23,400 per annum + bonus! Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm, in an office environment - no weekends.
