Our Property Consultancy team provides strategic advice and guides clients through a full spectrum of property consultancy, housing asset management, and compliance-related activities. We have an opportunity for a Survey Manager to join our team. The role would particularly suit an individual from a residential surveying background, with experience of project managing large-scale stock condition surveys. Responsibilities
Support and report to the discipline lead/Partner. Engage in project management and marketing activities. This is not an exhaustive list, and the role will develop and be reviewed over time. This overview provides insight into how it will integrate with the broader stock survey foundations that are within the team. Experience and Skills Required
Appropriate qualifications such as RICS or CIOB would be highly desirable, including knowledge of construction technology relating to residential accommodation. Employment Type:
