Responsibilities

Working with qualified surveyors to identify and determine client requirements

Carry out all work to assist the team in the day to day business

Alongside surveyors, attend client meetings as required

Contribute to the production of tender documentation

Develop understanding of the procurement process on behalf of clients

Ensure compliance with Cluttons working policies and procedures

Participate in client design meetings where required

Work to standard required by RICS and maintain ethical standards

Contribute to team based fee targets

Requirements

Ideally completed an RICS accredited degree

Commitment to completing the APC training programme

Appropriate record of working experience in the UK, primarily within real estate

A team player able to work effectively on their own with supervision

Excellent interfacing skills with clients and fellow professionals

Ability to work in a busy department with a challenging work load

Strong communication and time management skills
