Candidates should ideally have a strong academic profile coupled with relevant experience. Responsibilities Cases will be progressed from pre-litigation stage all the way through to settlement or litigation as required. These cases vary in value and complexity, from low-value cases to multi-million-pound disputes.
Reporting into a Senior Associate and a Partner, the successful candidate will carry a caseload of subrogated recovery matters. In particular, the team is looking for: A sound understanding of pre-litigation and litigation procedures. Excellent communication and team working skills. Self-motivated and adept at problem-solving. Excellent attention to detail. Other Skill Sets Considered Property damage / subrogated experience is preferred, but the Partners have stated they will consider other skill sets.
