Property Development Solicitor

to join its exceptional team. In this role, you will work on a wide variety of high-profile and complex development projects, providing strategic legal advice to ensure the smooth delivery of our clients' objectives. Key Responsibilities Advising developers and landowners on strategic land acquisitions, disposals and related agreements Providing legal advice on collaboration, consortium and promotion agreements, as well as conditional and unconditional transactions Assisting clients with site assembly and structuring deals to include overage, clawback and indexation payments Advising on planning and infrastructure agreements, including Section 106 agreements, utility and highway agreements, and addressing challenges related to the Community Infrastructure Levy Handling issues related to easements, covenants and indemnity insurance Representing banks and financial institutions on secured lending for development projects, covering acquisition, development finance and joint venture structures Engaging with a broad network of professionals, such as architects, planning consultants, surveyors and accountants, to support the seamless progression of development projects About You To thrive in this role, you will have: A qualified solicitor status with 5+ years of PQE in property law, ideally with experience in development transactions Strong technical expertise in property development, planning and infrastructure matters Exceptional communication, negotiation and client management skills The ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice under time-sensitive conditions A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and excellent attention to detail What the Firm Offers A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package The opportunity to work on landmark development projects A collaborative and supportive team environment that prioritises professional growth Exposure to a diverse client base, including developers, landowners, and financial institutions Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance How to Apply If you are a dedicated Property Development Solicitor looking to elevate your career within a market-leading team, G2 Legal would love to hear from you.
