We are currently partnering with a South West based Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Director of Property Services to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with a salary of £90,000 per annum, and an extensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave, hybrid working and flexible working hours. The start date is subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Taking full responsibility for the strategic overview and operational delivery of a property service for circa 7,000 properties, covering repairs, maintenance and customer safety Driving operational improvements that provide excellent value for money and increase customer satisfaction Overseeing improvements to the compliance and health and safety for the entire stock, with a focus on M&E, Fire and Asbestos Managing the full scope of facilities management Exercising a commercial mindset to deliver value for money, and champion a data-focused approach to property services Experience required: Experience in a Senior/ Director level position within maintenance, housing or construction Experience leading and overseeing health, safety and compliance, ideally within a domestic setting Skills, knowledge and expertise required: CIH Level 5, or willingness to work towards this Able to collaborate with colleagues effectively Able to build high performing teams Think strategically and long term Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid working Flexible working days 25 days annual leave + bank holidays An addition day off for your birthday Option to buy leave Cycle to work scheme Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
