Our client is recruiting an experienced solicitor to join a dynamic property disputes team based in Manchester. This role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience in commercial property disputes, while working closely with teams specialising in real estate, construction, and litigation to support a range of public and private sector clients.
Duties of this role include:
Handling a broad scope of commercial landlord and tenant matters, including: 1954 Act disputes, break rights, dilapidations, and development-related strategic advice.
Property-related disputes such as rights of way, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, and contract and insolvency issues.
Building and nurturing relationships with clients and industry partners.
Delegating tasks to junior team members to foster their development and efficiently manage client workload.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate law and demonstrated experience in property disputes. Key qualifications include:
7+ years of relevant PQE.
Proven technical skills and a strong understanding of complex commercial property disputes.
A client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to engage in team and firm activities.
