Overview
To undertake a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property work. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the law and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality legal services and representing clients effectively in various legal matters.
Duties
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of issues.
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments.
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive legal support.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and relevant case law to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
A qualified solicitor or barrister with a valid practising certificate.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven analytical skills with attention to detail in legal documentation.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying current in the field of law.
