We are working on behalf of a leading law firm in Chandler’s Ford, known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, to recruit an experienced professional for their Property Litigation team. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing Property Litigation team that provides top-tier advice to landlords and property managers. The team is known for its pragmatic and high-quality solutions, and you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional results while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the team’s development. The Role As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you’ll handle a wide-ranging caseload of landlord and tenant disputes, including: Tenancy document drafting and review. Bespoke contracts and agreements. Notices, court applications, and possession claims. Revenue recovery, defended claims, and repossession. Dilapidations, rent arrears, and service charge disputes. Providing training internally and externally on relevant legal topics. Assisting the Head of Department in designing and delivering service packages to agents. Supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring they deliver high-quality legal services while growing their own expertise. About You The ideal candidate will: Have 4–9 years PQE in property litigation, with significant experience in landlord and tenant disputes. Possess strong technical knowledge and a sound understanding of the CPR (Civil Procedure Rules). Be confident in managing a varied caseload independently, with excellent organizational skills. Demonstrate a passion for mentoring and leadership, with excellent communication skills. Have experience in repossession processes and knowledge of property litigation matters.
