Permanent A medium-sized Hertfordshire firm is looking for a property litigation solicitor to work at their Elstree office. Ideally, the firm is looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE. Job Responsibilities:
Supporting lenders in the collection of their loan portfolios, dealing with recovery action from default to realisation; Dealing with a high-quality and varied caseload; County Court and High Court Litigation; Professional Negligence claims against solicitors, valuers, or title insurers; Indemnity claims against the Land Registry. The Successful Applicant:
Minimum 3 years' PQE; Experience in handling a wide range of litigation matters; Ideally have experience in mortgage possession work; Demonstrate first-class client care and communication skills across all levels. The post will be full-time, permanent and the salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
