Property Litigation Lawyer - Bath We are working with a highly regarded multi-office practice in their recruitment for a property litigation solicitor. You will be working for a firm that has an outstanding reputation and is very much in growth mode. The successful property litigation solicitor will be managing a full caseload for a broad range of clients on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to: Trespass Planning disputes Dilapidations Breach of covenant Nuisance Boundary disputes Property damage Subsidence claims You will be a qualified solicitor with around 4 years PQE in property litigation matters.
