Property Litigation Lawyer
An established Litigation department with 50 employees has a new opportunity for a Property Litigation Lawyer to work on a good quality case load involving predominately residential disputes as well as banking litigation and commercial property disputes. Working in the firm's Bristol office on a hybrid basis, the successful Property Litigation Lawyer will take responsibility for a varied caseload on behalf of established clients. Skills
Good experience of Court litigation processes Previous property litigation experience including possession claims, rent disputes, and leasehold disputes. Salary dependent upon experience. Company
