ROLE Lead and manage a thriving property litigation team, working on high-value, complex cases across diverse sectors. Advise and represent high-profile clients on disputes including rights of light, restrictive covenants, development agreements and landlord/tenant issues. Develop and implement innovative dispute resolution strategies tailored to client needs. Cultivate and grow the firm’s client base, leveraging existing relationships and forging new ones. Play a key role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team. Contribute strategically to the firm’s broader real estate practice and business development initiatives. REQUIREMENTS A heavyweight property litigation expert with a proven record of success in complex, high-value disputes.
