This highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Partner to lead their property litigation department. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to step into an established practice and take full ownership of its growth and success. With a robust pipeline of work already in place, there is no need to bring a client following; however, a proven track record in business development will be highly valued. This is a salaried partner position, offering not only immediate responsibilities but also a clear and defined path to equity. The Firm: Established for over 150 years, this law firm has an exciting and interesting heritage. They were originally based in London and were one of the first Solicitors ever to service two of the country's most well-known Banks. It was from this that they branched out market also, establishing themselves across multiple locations. This business has experienced natural growth in recent years, with several key hires across the firm. They are an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking practice with an electric feel throughout. They have recently gone through a company rebrand, which has led to a significant increase in business opportunities, with a lot of traffic coming through their website. The Role: This cutting-edge firm is seeking to hire a Property Litigation Partner for their Central London office. The team of associates is based in St Albans, so you would need to be able to go and spend time with them ideally 1-2 days a week. You will join a friendly, supportive and professional team. The Property Litigation department has seen an increased workflow in recent months and under good leadership are looking to further expand the department. You will be working collaboratively with the 6 property partners who work on a lot of prime London real estate and with HNW and UHNW clients. The benefit of this is that there is a very highly established real estate team providing property litigation with plenty of work. This, coupled with the firm's growth plans there is a real opportunity to progress to equity in the future.
