Real Estate Litigation Solicitor - Up to £55,000 salary
This award-winning regional firm is looking for an additional Associate to join their award-winning property disputes teams in Stafford or Birmingham office.
The team represents private and public landlords, property investors, developers, retail organisations, private individuals and agricultural clients. You will be working in a collaborative team on a variety of complex and high-value cases.
The successful candidate will get exposure to a range of diverse matters including lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge disputes as well as disputes involving rights of way, adverse possession and restrictive covenants.
The Candidate
- Property Litigation Lawyer with 2-5 years post-qualification experience
- Ideally trained or gained experience from a high street or regional law firm
- Strong commercial acumen and passion for business development
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied caseload
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
