Property Litigation Solicitor

with 3-5 years PQE to join their thriving Exeter office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team while working on a diverse and challenging caseload of property disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, leasehold disputes, property ownership conflicts, and other contentious property matters.

Advising clients, preparing documentation, and representing them in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as required.

Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and high standards of client service.

Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments and ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations.

Key Requirements:

3-5 years of post-qualification experience in property litigation.

Strong technical knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently while working collaboratively with the team.

Commitment to delivering high-quality service and building strong client relationships.
