Pay: £45 - £55 per hour

Imagine this: You’re a property litigation legend, handling everything from residential possession claims to spicy tenancy disputes. If you live for the drama of complex, high-stakes property cases, we’re literally looking for you. This Legal 500 Law Firm needs a seasoned pro who can dive into the deep end of property litigation without floaties. ♂️
Your Vibe?
You know the difference between a standard tenancy dispute and a full-on tenant vs landlord showdown. You’re confident enough to manage your own caseload (independently, no babysitters here!) and experienced enough to know how to play it cool when things get heated. Ideally, you’ve been in this game for 3+ years, tackling everything from rent arrears to disrepair claims like the champ you are.
