Property Litigation Solicitor Leading home counties firm has a new opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor. The department is based in South Bucks, is extremely successful, and is top tier rated in Dispute Resolution. You will manage and support a caseload that includes landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and easement issues, property contract disputes, and other contentious property matters. You will prepare pleadings and witness statements and support the team with case preparation for hearings, mediations, and settlements. In addition, you will have good client skills and the ability to organise, prioritise, and handle a busy and varied caseload. You will have an eye for detail and enjoy working as part of a cohesive team.
