We are looking for applications from NQ solicitors or solicitors with up to 4 years PQE, ideally the candidate will have some experience of social housing and commercial landlord and tenant work.
Here in the Property Litigation team, we deal with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial and residential.
Below is just some of the types of work you can expect to be involved in:
Adverse possession claims
Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
Advising on private nuisance and trespass
Dilapidations
Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
