Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Property Litigation Solicitor role within a flexible and Legal 500 ranked Litigation team who are looking for someone to work on a varied Property Disputes caseload including:
Commercial and Residential Property disputes
Rent and service charge recovery and reviews
Lease renewals
Dilapidations
Possessions
Trespass issues
FTT applications
The successful candidate for this Property Litigation Solicitor role will ideally be a self-starter who is confident in their own ability, has excellent commercial awareness and has excellent client care skills.
Our client is ideally looking for a Solicitor with between 2-5 years' PQE, but may look around this bracket for the right candidate.
