Reputable, Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Sale office.

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be handling your own caseload of complex, contentious Property Litigation and Dispute Resolution matters, including dealing with contract disputes, construction, and insolvency, as well as carrying out property disputes. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within Property Litigation and be organized, capable of prioritizing their own time effectively, and able to work well within a busy team.
